Under the direction of Mrs. Karen Geismar, we were taught the basics of clinical nutrition, working in a hospital with doctors and other healthcare professionals, and how to approach and talk to patients. During this class, we completed case studies, lab reports, and did a mock-trial with a patient over a nutrition-related disease.
